Gift Sets: 7 business days

Other: 3 business days

Lead time refers to the number of days you must allow BEFORE dispatch will occur. Please factor this in accordingly if you require by a certain date. If you order multiple items everything will be shipped together, based on longest lead time.

Shipping

North Island: 1-3 working days

South Island: 3-5 working days

Australia: 7-20 working days

At this time, we only offer shipping to New Zealand and Australia.

Shipping times are subject to change during peak times. Please refer to our current lead times for timeframes before shipping occurs. All deliveries are tracked, and you will receive your tracking number to your email once dispatched.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, change of mind refunds or exchanges are not permitted for the following items: The Mini Letters, Statement Letters, Keychains, Gift Sets or any custom & personalised pieces. Refunds or replacements will be given for damaged items or incorrect stock.
